The STX ARES Membership Database, also known as the Valult:
Select “Register new member” and fill out the online form. This information will be shared with your county Emergency Coordinator (EC), your District Emergency Coordinator (DEC), and our Section Emergency Coordinator (SEC). This is also where the completion of your Training Records is recorded.
- Member registration and Login:
- After your initial regististration as a new member you should Login and reviewed and update your information at least once a year so your EC, DEC, and SEC are aware of any changes in your information. Even if nothing has changed, selecting the “Update” button updates when your information was last verified to be accurate and up to date.
- The 3 recommended times to review and update your info are:
- Before the annual ARES Simulated Emergency Test (SET)
- Before hurricane season
- After you have bought or sold radio gear used for ARES
- Public documents:
- Comm Plans
- Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
